(1) If the school to which any children have been admitted has not obtained approval to impart teaching up to the basic level or such a school has been merged with another school or the school has to be closed for any reason, the Local Level concerned shall make provision to transfer the children who have not completed education of the basic level from such school to another school which is convenient to them.
(2) The children transferred pursuant to sub-section (1) shall not be readmitted to such a school.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Section, this Section shall not prevent the students referred to in sub-section (1) or their guardians from getting admission to any other school of their respective choice.
